Part of the judging process will be showing a direct correlation between offering fantastic customer service resulting in business success and growth. Our customers are given pre stamped customer feedback cards with their invoices. They are free to write whatever they wish about the service they have received, how they rate the quality of the work that has been carried out, how they rate the level of customer service they have received and how they would rate the value for money. A final section allows them to suggest how we could improve. These feedback cards are totally anonymous so customers can give an honest and frank feedback on the service that they received.

Thank You” and “You can’t improve! I have always found you guys honest and reliable – Keep it up!” – we are over the moon to learn that our hard work and commitment to continuously provide exceptional service has been recognised by the judging panel at the Inspire Business Awards.
