I have never walked away from a garage genuinely convinced of exactly what I'd parted my car keys and hard earned money for... until this morning! The guys at ACC kept me fully informed throughout the day with work required and any potential outcomes that may arise. They were refreshingly open and honest, and upon collecting my XC90 Simon talked me through the entire bill with sound reasoning. He even gave me advice on forthcoming work and what he recommended as I need to keep this car for many years yet. No hassle at all with the courtesy car; usually these things turn out to be an admin nightmare! In all a very pleasant experience, will definitely use again, and I would certainly recommend to friends and family - many thanks.

Best service experience EVER. I was away on a business trip recently when I got the dreaded phone call from home to tell me that the family Volvo xc60 was seriously poorly (wouldn’t start & all dash lights illuminated). I put a call into the great team at ACC and they arranged to visit the car at home later that morning! They diagnosed this car fault on our driveway and then coordinated the collection and transfer of the car back ...to their garage. Ordered in the required replacement parts in, fitted the parts and then arranged to have to car returned back to our home. At all stages of the repair I was kept up to date on the service progress via SMS and email. A great service I think you will agree. Made the more remarkable when you understand that I only placed my call into Acc on a Thursday morning at 10.00 and they had the car returned to us Friday afternoon at 16.00, fully valeted. Thanks once again ACC.
