This week our blog is all about your lights on your Volvo or Toyota. During the MOT, your lights will be thoroughly checked for their general condition,
performance and colour. We also check the aim of the headlamps to ensure they adhere to the legal requirements – these should be pointing towards the
left and slightly down – you do not want to blind people in oncoming traffic.
You can check your lights are working on a daily basis by seeing if they are visible against a wall or window – modern cars will also let you know that
a light needs attention – ie a replacement bulb. Always check your indicators, hazard lights, main beam, reverse lights, fog light and brake lights

police if your lights are not working. Also make sure that you regularly check all exterior light covers for cracks, condensation and fogging and ensure
