Meet the team: Andy Reaney
Every week we will be doing a getting to know the team blog. We have been in business for 23 years and have had staff come and go over the years but have never done a meet the team blog. This week we are shining the spotlight on Andy Reaney. Andy is the newest member of the team and has fitted right in. He is our Master Technician and is busy imparting his knowledge with the team. We asked everyone the same questions…..it’s just a bit of fun!

This is from the 1992 movie Home Alone 2: Lost in New York. It’s actually a line from a fictional movie called “Angels With Filthy Souls” that Kevin McCallister (played by Macaulay Caulkin) watches in the film. The scene was created specifically for Home Alone and wasn’t a real movie.
What's the most interesting place you've ever travelled to & why?
Australia – I went for 8 months – it has amazing scenery!
What's your go-to karaoke song?
I would sing an Elvis song…..I am terrible though…but it’s the taking part that counts….and the laughs I generate!
What's your favourite way to unwind after a long workday?
Working on my sons trial motorbikes
If you could switch jobs with anyone for a week, who would it be?
The Prime Minister – things would change!

My nans attempt at lasagne – God bless her!

Dash from The Incredibles. I’d have all the work finished by 9.30am!

To fly a helicopter
What's the funniest thing that's happened to you recently?
Left for work in a rush, then wondered why I felt uncomfortable all day….then I realised that I had my 13 year old sons pants on!
What's the worst piece of advice you've ever been given?
Car Related…..

If you could be any animal for a day, which would you choose and why?
A cat – they are always so chilled out!
Cats are characterised by their independence, varying levels of affection, playful nature and unique vocalisations. They have a great ability to adapt and learn. We are continuously having to adapt at work!
What's your favourite holiday and why?
Majorca with my wife and boys. It’s when we can spend quality care free time together – I love it!
What's a fun fact about yourself that people might not know?
I still think I can ride a motorbike better than my lads – I’m too old!
If you could turn your belly button into a real button, what would it do?
Get my lads to behave and go to bed!

Lamborghini Miura

Solving an issue that others have attempted to solve (different garage)
Keeping the customer happy and coming back
If you could add one element to our workspace, what would it be?
A hot tub! Only joking. It would e great to have a dedicated Hybrid/EV Bay
