Meet the team: Jordan Bowling

Every week we will be doing a getting to know the team blog. We have been in business for 23 years and have had staff come and go over the years but have never done a meet the team blog. This week we are shining the spotlight on Jordan. Jordan is an enthusiastic and well liked member of the team, learning new things all the time and keen to advance his knowledge. This is a catchphrase associated with Arnold Schwarzenegger. It was made famous in the 1984 science fiction film The Terminator. In 2005 it was placed at number 37 on the American Film Institute list 100 years-100 movie Quotes. He uses the same line, or some variant of it in many of his later films. 

What's the most interesting place you've ever travelled to & why?
Greece – because I like exploring caves

What's your go-to karaoke song?
Barbie Girl - Aqua

What's your favourite way to unwind after a long workday?
Going to the gym

If you could switch jobs with anyone for a week, who would it be?
Fraser

If our team had a theme song, what would it be? 
Thunder Birds….are go – theme song

What's the strangest thing you've ever eaten?
KFC – can’t trust what they use

If you could be any fictional character, who would you be and why? 
Peter Pan, so I could fly anywhere I wanted to

I would love to be a tattoo artist – love a bit of ink!

What's the funniest thing that's happened to you recently?
I had to ride an electric scooter to work – I felt a proper wally

What's the worst piece of advice you've ever been given? 
Slow down……some would disagree

If you could be any animal for a day, which would you choose and why?
A wolf, because I think they look pretty cool!
Wolves have strong family ties and are very loyal. They are also intelligent animals with the ability to strategize, adapt to changing environments and solve complex problems…..just like work! 

What's your favourite holiday and why?
Christmas – because it’s acceptable to start drinking at 7am!

What's a fun fact about yourself that people might not know?
I like heavy metal music!

If you could turn your belly button into a real button, what would it do?
I would love to be invisible – imagine the mischief you could get up to

A Nissan R34 GTR

Definitely the banter – we have a good laugh at work – never a dull day

A lift – for humans not cars!
