Meet the team: Terry Collins

Every week we will be doing a getting to know the team blog. We have been in business for 23 years and have had staff come and go over the years but have never done a meet the team blog. This week we are shining the spotlight on Terry our most experienced technician. Simon & Terry go way back. Simon was Terry’s apprentice more than 35 years ago. Over time they went their separate ways working in different garages. A chance meeting some 17 years ago saw Simon asking Terry is he would like to come and work with him at ACC UK. We asked everyone the same questions…..it’s just a bit of fun!

Disney World Florida – because it’s so much fun!

What's your go-to karaoke song?
We are the champions - Queen

What's your favourite way to unwind after a long workday?
A cool beer in a pub garden!

If you could switch jobs with anyone for a week, who would it be?

If our team had a theme song, what would it be?

What's the strangest thing you've ever eaten?
Pork Belly! Well…..it was definitely strange to me!

Buzz Lightyear – because he is a superhero

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be? 
I would want to be a plumber

What's the funniest thing that's happened to you recently?
Something stupid but I can’t say ☺

What's the worst piece of advice you've ever been given? 
I really cannot think of anything – we learn at any given opportunity.

If you could be any animal for a day, which would you choose and why?
An elephant – they are renowned for their intelligence, complex social structures and strong family bonds. They display a range of positive traits, including empathy, compassion and impressive cognitive abilities

Florida – just for the fun times
